For customers to participate, they must save their most recent receipt from a Metro store. At the bottom of your receipt, you’ll find an 18-digit survey code that you need to enter on MetroSurvey CA’s website. Taking the survey should take between five and ten minutes. If you complete the survey by the end of every month, you will automatically be entered into the prize drawing.
Every month, the monthly prize draw takes place on the first. You will be notified of the winner by email within ten business days after the draw.
The winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of being notified. The notification email will contain instructions on how to claim your prize. If prizes are not claimed within 30 days, they will be forfeited.
